Ingredients
- 1 can (16 oz) pumpkin
- 1 can (13 oz) evaporated milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 baked pie shell, 9 inch
Steps
- 1In a large bowl, combine ingredients and mix well.
- 2Pour into crust.
- 3Microwave on high for 6 minutes, stir.
- 4Microwave 5 to 6 minutes more.
- 5Let stand 20 minutes and test for doneness by inserting knife in center. (Pie may be cooked longer if necessary.)
- 6Give dish 1/2 turn twice during cooking.
