Chocolate Graham Cookies
Delicious no-bake cookies with a creamy chocolate coating.
Ingredients
- 2 sticks butter or margarine
- 1 C. graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 C. Chunk peanut butter
- 1 C. chopped pecans
- 1 C. or can of coconut
- 1 box powder sugar
- 1 t. vanilla
- Melt. size chocolate chips
- 1/3 square of paraffin wax
Steps
- 1Mix above ingredients with hands. Roll into small balls.
- 2Melt wax in top of double boiler.
- 3Add chocolate chips, stir until smooth & creamy.
- 4Dip balls in chocolate and place on wax paper.
- 5Place in refrigerator until harden.
- 6Keep low flame under choc & wax, do not turn off flame. Make small balls.
