Chocolate Graham Cookies

Ingredients

• 2 sticks butter or margarine
• 1 C. graham cracker crumbs
• 1/2 C. Chunk peanut butter
• 1 C. chopped pecans
• 1 C. or can of coconut
• 1 box powder sugar
• 1 t. vanilla
• Melt. size chocolate chips
• 1/3 square of paraffin wax

Steps

1. 1Mix above ingredients with hands. Roll into small balls.
2. 2Melt wax in top of double boiler.
3. 3Add chocolate chips, stir until smooth & creamy.
4. 4Dip balls in chocolate and place on wax paper.
5. 5Place in refrigerator until harden.
6. 6Keep low flame under choc & wax, do not turn off flame. Make small balls.
